How do you get an S- with Ahri
i played a game recently with ahri and i got 23/13/20 which earned me an A- but someone playing as he on my team got 10/12/16 and got an S- how did this happen what do i have to do to get an S- with Ahri

Play her as a Support, top, jungler or a botlane carry.
Champion masteries are percentile-based, so their main role is always going to be harder to get a good grade with than off-meta roles. (There is more success in their main role, and less elsewhere, so it's easier to be in the top 10% or whatever it is in a role they aren't suited for)
CS makes all the difference in the world, which is a issue of the algorithm honestly. Another thing is warding, if you keep your trinket on cooldown warding every bush you come across that shouldn't be a big issue though. However, that's quite a lot of deaths, and those definitely detract from your score.
Also, Ahri isn't an unpopular champion, a lot of people play her so getting in the top 5-10th percentile isn't an easy thing to do.

you do not want games where you have to go 23/x/20 to end. That sounds absolutely terrible.
