I am so tired of being forced to dodge a ranked game and losing LP because someone doesn't get their role and decides to pick a role that has already been selected or troll champion select so badly that it makes the game impossible to play as soon as you enter the rift. Why am I being punished for someone else's behavior?

Why can't we have a 1-dodge per day free pass or something so at least one time daily when this happens you can escape without being trapped into playing with such terrible summoners?

Lost promos because of this twice now. How many adc mains can I have in the same champion select

Really? You lost promos twice because of this? So in both your promo sets, you had two games where someone did this? Or did you actually lose one normally and then shift all the blame for losing your promos on the "troll?"

I ask because I used to do the same thing. It's annoying, but you'll get over it. The only way you can improve is to make sure you WIN the winnable games. And even carry some of the games where you have a troll or an afk. My last promos I had a Vayne go afk at level 4 because she didn't like the fact that she died 3 times in 10 minutes. I almost carried that game, but the 4v5 wore us down. However, I carried the other two games in my promos hard, even with a constantly dcing jungled in one. Go in with a mentality that you will do whatever you can, not matter what lane you're in, to help the other lanes succeed. It doesn't matter if YOU win lane, it matters if you win the game.

Maybe you should play Lissandra more often. On everyone other than her you consistently have more deaths than kills. Blame the random troll and afk all you want, but the main thing holding you back from climbing is you.

You are not "punished for someone else's behavior". You are paying with your LP and time to avoid game that will be a waste of even more LP and time.

Chill out they already explained this to us a while ago. They experimented with the 1 dodge per day. They said that players were actively abusing this to get the team they wanted and role. So they weren't going to do this. They said the Ranked Teambuilder Draft will fix this. Which I personally am looking forward to. I once won a game where our team was 4 adc's and an annie. This was in ranked, it was a fucking glorious game.

it falls on deaf ears. There is a solution but it goes against what riot wants for its community. Others say the abuse of any system is worse than the symptom.

And I'm sure I've said this a thousand times, but I'll say it again. If you give people a free out in ranked, trolling gets worse and it takes longer to find a game. There was a period of time where you could dodge for a half hour time penalty only, and it took 30-60 minutes to get into a game because the trolling was so bad. Trust me, it's not that bad as it is, not perfect, but not awful.
