She can't burst squishies which was the only reason she was doing so well. Now she actually has to kite and position and not blow up the adc like a draven.

2% max health true damage increase Late Game really won't matter unless it's a gargoyle stoneplate abuser(which people complain about a lot)

Although I do agree the final hour changes are a bit unnecessary, do remember grievous wounds will halve the healing.
