When played well? Irelia isn't Yasuo. She's a fucking stat ball. She relies on the enemy playing badly for a counter to lose to her.
I could probably find you five videos of Irelia losing to all those champions, but I won't. What would it prove? Are you so uneducated that you believe anecdotal evidence is valid?
With that said, of that list, only Poppy and Volibear really counter Irelia. The others are fairly even match-ups.

TequilaZombie1 votesWeird, I've never had a problem against her with Gnar. As long as you can kite you're fine with him. Once she gets close you're dead unless you go mega, but the match up is not really that bad.
