How to improve lp gain
Title, it is impossible to rankup when lp gain is 16 and loss is 21, currently i have no point in playing since the difference is 5 lp and i cant change my 50% winrate

SSmotzer1 votesAll you have to do is increase your win rate to 51%, and with enough determination you can rank up.... eventually.
Crystalysk1 votesI walked in to the same issue when i hit diamond. I had 48% winrate when i decided to start climbing properly, went from 48% p4 to 54% d4 without any demotion and my lp gain went from 23-25 to 15-17.
I lost my first 2 games in diamond and then won 4 straight after, gaining 17-17-16-15 in this order. Don't know if i'll keep trying to climb or just wait for next season.
XenaPhobiaFTW1 votesYour win rate isn't 50% if you're winning 16 and losing 21. My MMR is completely and probably permanently broken for this season; 86 wins 104 losses, and I win on average 20 LP and lose on average 17.
