@Riot, Why are you removing Grevious Wounds from champions?
It makes some marksman really strong in niche scenarios, but with the removal of them, they become less unique.
It'll also make heal champions much more powerful.

Probably because they have to balance around it and either make healing champions so strong you NEED GW to beat them or the healing champions are balanced, but GW absolutely eliminates them.
Because grevious wounds were put on tons of champions back in 2010, 2011 when heals were OP
Now heals are terrible compared to before
