So a while back an update on the PBE changed Draven, giving him flat AD on his spinning axes. Some were worried this would hurt his late game

But don't worry this change is an all around buff because

Bonus damage changed to [flat 30/35/40/45/50 damage + 65/75/85/95/105% of bonus AD] from [45/55/65/75/85% of total AD]

Lol, why are they buffing Draven's damage? He's the highest single target DPS champion in the game. He's already the best. He already deals the most damage, bar none. Why keep going?
