Fiora's new W

Is hilariously stupid when timed to well or on luck. It's pretty much a .75 second invulnerability.

On a whim I dived the enemy team and then parried, the enemy also had a fiora, in that moment she tried to ult me, but I completely negated it, that same game, she also parried my ignite, so no grievous wounds or DoT was applied, I;m guessing you can do the same with exhaust.

So basically time it well, and you can basically negate everything XD ahhhhh so dumb, but I guess balanced since it is .75 seconds only
