Give Runeglaive scaling ap ratio.

They should give Runeglaives AP ratio a scaling ap per lv ratio so that it's about as effective as a lich bane late game. Something along the lines of 75% of base AD + (25+champ lv)% AP. Maybe higher so that it's more in line with lich mid game.

It does not need a higher ratio, just more AP. Having less that 60 makes an item useless for full AP builds late game.

It's not supposed to be in line with Lichbane, it's power is in it's other options like Smite, Jungle Items are meant to be cheaper versions of other items to let the Jungler get some extra oomph and stay relevant, as we saw with Cinderhulk they can be problematic when over tuned,

It's not supposed to be as effective as Lich Bane

You buy it for better clearing and Mana sustain.

Remember when Cinderhulk was way better than Sunfire at every stage of the game?

Yes - but cinderhulk is STILL generally better than sunfire. The problem with rune glaive is that its quite clearly NOT a "permanant" item. Once you reach a certain stage of the game, you tell it to frag off and sell it for something better.

Jungle items NEED to be viable throughout the whole game, or else the smite options they have become worthless. Giving runeglaive, say, a scaling 1% proc base damage per camp killed and +75% AP would be a VERY good thing. Maybe make the AP scale with champion level from 50% AP to 75% at level 15 though.

Honestly that would break it.

Give it 60 AP instead of 40, which seems like it's pushing it because it's already super efficient.

You aren't going to sell it because it's tied to your Jungle enchant. Regardless of whatever you replace it with, it's pure idiocy to do that. Red/Blue smite are way too valuable.

But its a shit item, clearly. You dont buy an AP for its stats. You buy an AP item for its passive (the stats are just a bonus). Making runeglaive scale with farm would give use variety; Even if all youre doing is making the base damage higher instead of the scaling.

If the only reason youre keeping a jungle item is for the smite, you might as well sell it for a cinderhulk once you get the levels to clear camps easily.

It still provides AoE magic damage and converts the entirety of your AA into Magic Damage and it still gives 40 AP and 10% CDR.

It's not supposed to be a Morello's. Jungle items shouldn't just be every stat you would ever want. They should be about helping you jungle.

If you want to waste gold on selling the Glaive and buy Cinderhulk, go ahead.

Its about having an item thats actually useful, dude.... 40AD , 10 pen, and 10CDR is a good item for AD junglers. Cinderhulk is the BEST jungle item hands down.

Runeglaive? Its a shitty version of lichbane for no reason, despite also building from sheen. Giving it medicore scaling it fine and dandy; But in exchange, it needs at least 75% base damage or 50% base damage that scales upwards with large or epic monster and champion kills. Its a GREAT candidate for a scaling like that.

Warrior will likely be replaced with an AD item with a jungle related passive. Most likely it'll lose the armor penetration.
