Best 1350 IP Champion
I want to know, well, what the best 1350 IP champion is!
I want to know, well, what the best 1350 IP champion is!
I'm going to give you that response you don't want to hear and that is: "Every champion can be good" Look at guides, look at game-play footage, play some 1350IP champions on free-week and watch streams. You'll see what you prefer there, instead of strangers giving you what they prefer instead of what you would enjoy.
has always had a soft spot in my heart, he is very effective in the meta now with ad running rampant everywhere, and scales with armor so Pros all around, MS steal, AS debuff, and an ult that is second to none in engage
:^)
, No explanation needed just a build.
.
There is no such thing as a best champion ever, but a good starting one would be Udyr. He's incredibly easy to learn, no ult to worry about, and just needs to auto-attack everything. My recommended build would be:

Guinsoo's Rageblade gives you insane attack speed. This is very good with Udyr's passive, which gives him attack speed.
Hextech Gunblade gives Udyr a bigger shield on his W, and more damage on his R (the two abilites that scale with ability power) and the heal from your damage dealt is also good.
Berserker's graves is also good. Once again for the attack speed.
Nashor's Tooth gives you more attack speed and ability power, and causes your basic attacks to deal additional magic damage (scaling off of ability power)
Frozen Mallet causes your auto-attacks to slow people for a large amount. This helps you stick to targets. The health it gives is also good. Udyr generally can't take a lot of damage.
Sterak's Gage is very good. It boosts your base attack damage, and gives you a shield if you've taken too much damage within a certain amount of time. Also good for survival.
So Udyr is best for starting out. Really easy, and has deceptive amounts of damage. Although is very weak against teams with a lot of roots, snares, and slows. You can find yourself on wild goose chases against teams like that as Udyr.
P.S. This build seems to work the most, but feel free to try other builds.
best IP I ever spent.
Depends on the lane, meta, and what you want to do.
