How to nerf Miss Fortune but still compensating her in return

Q: Double Up

New Effect If the second target is below 5% health, they are executed

AP scaling removed

E: Make It Rain

Cooldown increased from 14/13/12/11/10 to 20/19/18/17/16

Magic damage changed to physical damage (10% AD scaling)

Slow decreased from 28/36/44/52/60% to 25/30/35/40/45%

Can now critically strike

R: Bullet Time

Can now apply on-hit effects

AP scaling removed

I can only imagine the memes from her ult proccing on hits, 12-16 times lol.

I dont like these changes, because it kills supp mf. Her E critting doesnt do anything, because mf doesn't build crit very often.

Late/mid game though, that make it rain with 10% ad ratio and now dealing AD is probably a bigger buff than these nerfs to her E are.

She builds item 3071 , so now she has a way to fully stack it on someone, without ulting. And Since she builds armor pen, it's going to deal alot more damage.

I mainly choose to put it as physical damage on her E, since I've seen a lot of people hating ADCs out if the ADC role (Vayne/Lucian/Draven top, Corki/Lucian mid, Twitch/Ezreal jungle, Miss Fortune support, etc.).

As much as I do like Miss Fortune support, it can be a pain in the ass sometimes when dealing with one.

Wait hold on a second. We just endured months of Twitch, Kog, and Trist being OP and now we finally have a different meta and people want MF nerfed.

Why am I even surprised. This literally happens every time the meta changes. People want the meta ADCs nerfed.

Just my suggestions honestly.

I've been playing Miss Fortune lately (since Jinx is trash right now) and sont want to see her tossed in the dumpster honestly... She's honestly such a fun champion to be nerfed too hard.
