on hit junglers are very weak

when riot made the mid season update devoure junglers got a really big hit the removal of devourer and the nerf to rageblade made them extremly weak now they don t scale at all they have really low win rates andthey are just bad .When devourer was in the on hit junglers could risk to stack it up and scale to the late game and be effective as the game goes on but now what made them strong is gone and now they have to fight from cynderhulk and runic echoes junglers .Master yi had 51% win rate now he have 45% and he strugles in higher elo i suggest buffing on hit junglers or give them a new item now they only option real is botrk and rageblade is generally bad now so we need a new on hit item or buff the champions that got a big hit
