What I'd like to see included in Mordekaiser's (unlikely) VU

Moderkiezer can't escape. and if you get jumpt you cant do anything about it.

Karthus only Has his ult to rely on, and now since we have so many tanks and Galio players its time to fix his ult maybe it does true damage on players below 18% health because hes, too slow.
