does not counter Rammus. QSS has 70 secs of cdr. Rammus's taunt has 8 secs.
In that scenario, I'd go "WTH is my team thinking?!"
Armor is useless
All you can do is go with as much as you can in terms of armor shredding/pen items and hope for the best. Oh, and on-hit builds I guess?
ill be worried lel. im pretty sure 700 armor rammus can shred a full ad team in terms of 1v1ing power assuming he properly taunts them. make sure to add in frozen heart/thornmail/firecape/zhonyas. whichever of those. or you can go full fun ap build. but i think you put lethal tempo as your primary while secondary is conditioning with overgrowth.
that doesnt mean that qss doesnt coutner rammus qss will still get you out of the taunt when you are in a bad situation just dont use it every time you are taunted.
