Rito team: Any plans on a Fiddlesticks rework

We all know he is the best champion in League of Legends, so let's get that out of the way to start. Laning with him is not good at all (except support) (E changes killed lane fid). There are a few matchups that he can take advantage of, but even then it's hard to press the advantage. He is forced to jungle or nothing. When he is strong, loooook out. When he is weak, he feels useless. Just wondering if there were any plans to rework him in the future.
