Let team mates contol AFK champion in Ranked

A problem that plagues low tier games is AFKs. Why not allow team mates to take control of an AFK team mate champ when someone rage quits of AFKs after the remake period. Also the AFK champs gold and exquivalent XP reverts to the remaining team mates so they get a little boost. Lastly, team mates should be able to sell all the AFK champions items and the gold is automatically shared among team mates. It will give the team a fighting chance and may discourage rage quits since people realize they wont be missed as much. I works well in another Moba
