Simple Question regarding the new gameplay

Y'argh me mateys, Backwhen used to look hybrid Orcish Unicorn breed there was a something in league that always kept me playing the matches again and again but as the time passed with new runes , Many Champions became Too powerful and some champs are no longer playable ( ie Etc as they didnt had the Runes that were well suited for them meanwhile with press the attack and her passive that was stacking made her Godlike and then we have Electrocuting and easily killing Tanks at late game , Constantly spamming his rockets and why the heck are people be playing him at top, There we have capable of slingshotting team like as if whole 5 are dominoes.... Riot instead of focusing on creating new champs should really focus on some champs that are already in game but lack any good Runes that will do well with their Gameplay TLDR: Riot should Balance the champs more often and buff champs who dont gain any special effect from the runes
