Which makes A really Core item 3) 's After casting four abilities, Annie's next damaging ability Stun icon stuns enemies. 4) 's Z Drive making him Do Insane Dmg 5) Giving these Spell Vamp But Poor Gets Passive to save mana from one spell Can we expect a Little Changes In Passive during upcoming season ? or we will just get New Unbalanced Champs?
