It doesn't sit right that he has a bliding dart. But all the physical dmg renekton throws at him with his "spells" which are all physical is still directed at him?

Proposed Change: Blinding Dart now negates the application of any physical dmg, making it miss.

So.. You want him to become immune to all physical damage? Sounds like a terrible idea lol, blinds aren't supposed to block anything other than auto attacks otherwise it would be too strong.
