Horrible matchmaking Horrible games

Is everyone else having shitty games because of this trash new game mode? im D3 and have had multiple games with Challenger/Master/Silver all in one game? Almost every single game theres 1 or more people feeding hard as fuck on either team due to laning against someone 3 divisions higher than them LOL? does it not take into account ur solo q rank? considering solo q is the main one everys gonna anyway? interesting matchmaking to say the least..
