As the title says...

As a level 7 Ziggs player, it is quite sad to see that Ziggs is greatly struggling right now and is not really viable at any elo. He honestly is need in of some buffs to be made viable again across all elos.

Q: Bouncing Bomb

New Effect Now stuns targets for 1.25 seconds all ranks; targets can't be stunned again for 6 seconds all ranks

W: Satchel Charge

Demolition threshold increased from 25/27.5/30/32.5/35% to 40% all ranks

A "love tap" is adding hard CC to his spammable poke and a 40% execute on towers at level 3? Lol what?

49%-51% is balanced imo

also giving him a free stun would make him WAY too safe, being that now he can poke you for free every 6 seconds. then the satchel threshold, 40% is literally just slightly under half HP for the turret to splode, let alone at level 3. he would single handedly be the best objective based midlaner around.

I'm also Lv7 on Ziggs and have played him a good amount through out my almost 5 year League Career, I think he is perfectally fine atm, if anything he could use a small AP ratio buff to his Q, just because it's easy to miss.

Giving him hard CC though would be dumb.

LOL adding a stun is more than a "love tap". this would make him insanely broken
