premades vs. randoms

Why are randoms always forced to go against premades in normals, I don't care if it's a two person that is whatever but when I have to go against a 4 or 5 person premade with a bunch of random people that have to type and ping to communicate while this other team is on discord talking in real time it kills the fun of the game. If people want to make a premade team then make them go against other people on premade teams, don't try to give them easy wins by having them fight a bunch of randoms, it is pointless and ruins the game for people that play solo.
