Skin trading

Hello, I just had an idea - it's quite simple, but I don't think it'll make it into League, the idea is skintrading .. i know it sounds weird and so profit, but imagine when u get bad reroll, and your friend gets one skin you want.. the minus will be the skins needs to be same price or rarity.. you could trade only 3 skins per 7 days. What do you guys thinks?

Edit: If this is too much, it'll cost 1/4 rp price when, you trade.. That way will Riot profit too
