Minimap scale more than 100%

Hi, I had 250% minimap scale and i accidentaly dropped it to default 100%,I just wanted to scale my minimap back on 250%, I did all what was in the video, (Go to Riot Games/League Of Legends/Config/PersistedSettings) and changed minimapscale to 2.5000. But after I logged in and started custom game/normal game/just played it was again on 100% and i gave it multiple tries and it always changed itself to 100%, someone has same problem?
