Teemo / Shyv Buff Ideas

Teemo - Make him like gangplank, where he has to farm up a second currency so he can upgrade his "w", "r" and possibly "q". The "w" upgrade would give him rocket boots, and the ult upgrade allows teemo to hide inside mushrooms and toss more out, and hide inside them too! Not sure what to do about Q, maybe a skill shot, that upgrades like Kha'zix's "w".

Shyvanna - her ultimate needs more ummmfff! Make her dragon form huge and slow, but the ground she flies over and the ground she walks on, slows enemies!

++ Edited ++ - or you could make teemo's Q, stack like nasus, and at a certain stack # his abilities evolve!!! (yes i said abilities!!) Teemo's upgraded Q is an improved version of a lined skill shot that spirals outwards, releasing a mysterious, nauseous** gas that silences and blinds anyone struck by the deadly venom (half duration for minions and large monsters).
