So what would happen to the game if Last whisper and black clever where removed from the game?

Armor would be in everyones build, making ADCs useless.

Assassin items would become a must buy. ADCs stacking crit would fall out again, in favor of lethality ADCs, who, would be weaker. Juggernauts would lose damage, and Garen would rise as a counter to tanks. Mages would be more highly contested, as their damage would be harder to counter. AD toplaners, like Fiora or Irelia, would lose popularity, and become borderline unplayable. Tanks with efficient armor scaling, Rammus, Taric, and Poppy, would all rise in popularity.

I think ADCs would almost disapear.. and only the ones who synergize well with botrk would stand a chance.. Would be a lot of Tanks... like, A LOT and then champions like Swain Jax Irelia hell maybe even Aatrox would be super strong..

Honestly it would shift the whole meta in reverse. In contrast to one or two ap champs it would be one or two ad champs. You would need sustain damage mages to get through armor if you left the same meta up.
