I am looking for help and tips as a top lane player. I have nearly a 100% lane win rate on top lane with a certain champion. Now i only have about a 60% win rate with her. My question is, how do I win the game after winning my lane?
once you win your lane, roam to help others but don't be greedy

TP bot lane. Roam mid lane. Make dragon plays. Play around your wards. etc. Just try to stick with your team a little and fight the fights that you can win.
Push lane->Roam->Place Wards as you go->Keep an eye on the map and Toplane wave/laner->Force fights because you are ahead->Realize forcing them off defending an objective is enough, don't die for kills-->Get an objective->Return to Toplane (after back and buy)->Repeat from start.
