I'm still trying to get a picture of it (and I'll put it here if I can find/get one) but it's flying down each lane and it looks like a smaller version of Lulus glitterlance and maybe Swains bird... I've spoken with people in game about it and others have seen it but does anyone know what it is?

Naenia1 votesI just heard it on the boards and from what I read, it mostly happens when you kill a jg camp.

Naenia1 votesI'm really not sure. I haven't been playing much lately, so I haven't actually experienced it for myself, but I've seen multiple people comment on it and the consensus is that it's a champ teaser that happens when you kill something in the jg. So it may be a new jg champ.
