@Riot we need to talk about hex tech crafting

Ever since is was released people have told you that us with every champion don't like getting champion shards. That should be a given now i know that if you didn't we wouldn't be able to get level 6 and 7 and im ok with that. But what im not ok with is getting 7 champion shards in a row and with how hard is is to get keys it makes me really upset that im sitting on 5000 blue essence with nothing to do with them. I stopped buy chest after a 10 pack only give me 2 skins and all my "Free Chest" of late have given me more champ shards.

The point im trying to make is this. Please lower the chance for champion shards if you own every champion or let me blue chest and keys with my essence so im not sitting here wondering why i bother.
