Volibear nerf

Alright, so, yesterday, I was in a ranked game. They had a volibear jungle, and he was feeding at the start, and then got kills so he ended up being 6/6. He was once alone, so 3 of us (I was the adc and the support was Leona) went in on him, he was constantly being stunned, rooted and we were doing a lot of damage, but he kept auto attacking us while healing more than how much damage we could deal, while also being tanky, so he just got a triple kill. Later on, we went in for a 4v2, we were targeting volibear, but he was even more fed so we couldn't do anything to him, then he got a quadra kill, and then just healed to full health (he had about 1 fifth left) by hitting raptors about 3-4 times. I love how league is supposed to be a strategy game, but no matter how well you play, in order to win, you just play broken champs and you win. I was always banning nautilus before, but now, I think I'm gonna have to start banning volibear every game because it's really not normal that he can deal so much damage while not even being fed. I expect a nerf any time soon. If riot really thinks he's balanced, I'm gonna game end myself.
