Worse Lag Each Patch

I know many people have experienced this issue, regarding random fps spikes, and freezes every few seconds and many other things. It's been getting worse every patch and I'm not sure if Riot has acknowledged this issue yet. I've tried Hextech Repair Tool, reinstalling the game, but nothing worked for me. It was always the same. I've tried live Riot support aswell and they tell me the most basic things and I try them aswell but, still, nothing was getting better. The game is unplayable at this stage, and it's just getting worse. Thanks for reading.
