can we get a detailed description for champion abilities in the client?

Just like the name says make the champion abilities in the client show how much damage the ability deals,ratios,type of damage,cooldown,level scalings,how many charges/ammo can it hold...........

It's not a hard thing to do cause all ability descriptions are available,u can even do a toggle on/off button just like u did with the runes where it switches between short and simple and lengthy and detailed description Please do it riot it would help a majority of the players
