The preseason hasn't changed anything.

I was expecting huge changes prepared for the preseason to open up new opportunities to win games, but I'm extremely disappointed. It feels like nothing has changed.

I've played Tristana since season 5 and 6 (missed 7). After the complete overhaul of marksman and significant changes, I have barely touched her. This season feels extremely punishing playing off-meta or late game champions, especially against assassins, and other 1 shot champions.

It's frustrating for so many games to be single-handily decided by one player because other people fed them.

I have been expecting and waiting for Riot to implement changes, but they've left me in the same spot, waiting. If this is impatience, I don't know what patience is anymore. Almost every preseason they implemented significant changes. I'm uncertain why they felt like a little bounty number changes, minion adjustments, and making turrets "stronger" (weaker and give more gold), was the path the game should take for next year...

The purpose of preseason is to push for huge changes that can greatly affect the game and be adjusted before the new season starts.
