Tristana has been consistently performing at the lowest end of the spectrum over more than 5 patches. She's currently at a 45~46% win rate. As a Tristana main, I definitely want to be able to play her again. I think this speaks for Tyler1 also.

She is not n the gutter. She and other adcs are being played prominently by players who are getting "filled" into adc and just choose any champ. If you bother to look at win rate based on how far they get on itemization, it tells a strong story.
When 1-2 items, win rates are low. But once you see 3-4 item adcs, Their win rates sky rocket.
Consistent adc players generally cs well.
Fill adcs do not cs at all. Many don't even understand the kits they are using.
She needs a new passive.
The one she has now is literally just "Get Caitlyn's auto attack range at level 18".
Her Rocket Jump might also need some work.
As a Marksman, the last thing you want to do is jump straight into the enemy team, since it'll most likely just get you blown up immediately and your allies won't be able to peel for you.
It's mostly just used as an escape tool, completely negating it's damage aspect.

As long as there is no rework for her stupid kit I don't mind.
