Zilean is annoying to fight

I think his ult needs to be changed to have more counterplay, I know there is the "don't kill whoever he ulted" but thats hard to coordinate.

I think having a delay on his ult would be better, maybe a second or something. Definitely need to lower the ratio of how much he heals.
