Better yet, remove it and adjust healing to a median between application and lack of.
yeah 40% right off the bat is ridiculous ..... especially for executioners calling which requires 1 auto attack or spell ..... just 1
Make Grevious Wound effectiveness scale with level (either attacker or target).
Make it apply only to bonus lifesteal (lifesteal not from champion abilities - runes, masteries, items). And put a max cap of Grievous possible on base lifesteal.
Any nerf to that retarded shit "mechanic" would be good, still too soft IMO but better than nothing. Also this nerf makes sense because teams usually buy 2 or even 3 Execalls/MRs per game even when there is just one strong healing champ in enemy team.
what if it didn't affect health regeneration
im not talking hsit from abilities but just plain health regen champs have innately and which can be increased with items

I'm never sure if ideas like this would be good in their original, proposed iteration, but I'd be willing to bet that this goes on the table the next time Riot talks about GW. And that's the most productive thing that comes out of a boards proposal. So good work.
