Does nobody realise Shen is a fighter?

I mean he is listed as a tank but I think riot should change that, hear me out. He has a kit like most fighters, a spamablle Q ability and can trade really well in all points of the game (exept ranged like or ). Also unless ur Nightblue he builds a damage item and then full tank, wich might blind u into thinking he is a tank but think about it this way. Let's take some fighters for an example they all build first item wich is a damage item and then full tank just like does only that he builds . And he might not be able to 100-0 very fast like these fighters do (ughmm cough* one shotting with 3 autos* cough cough) but he can bring serious pain in a teamfight with his q damage and titanic aoe damage. Also i would like to say that in some matchup's you even go on him where he can literally outrade an in a plain 1v1. So this post is just a request for @Riot to make a fighter since i hope i have made some good points.
