I think it would be cool and rewarding if you could get a random skin of a champ when you get mastery 7, bcs Riot is very good at rewarding deticated players kappa

A good pro-consumer idea imo, and I doubt itll single handedly empty Riots coffers, my issue with it though that its a "random" skin. So if I dumped just as much time and BE into getting rank 7 as the next guy, and he gets DJ Sona while I get Woad Ashe, that feels a bit unfair.

Yea but maybe have shards that you could buy with blue essence after mastery 7. Because there are some players that don't want to spend money on a skin

Give us the ability to buy one of the skins with Blue essence maybe. So this forces you to play more to grind the points to get the skin. Boom people play the game more in hopes of getting a free skin.

Marketing is easy.

Rather than giving a random skin (which would cost Riot a lot of money) you receive a exclusive chroma for that champion's base skin. Maybe allow the player to choose the color changes themselves resulting in a custom chroma.
