HELP WANTED: Creating a Zoe movement speed build!
The main issue with Zoe is that she has no hard escape, **therefore she would benefit **most from movement speed.
Additionally, since **paddle star ** travels further as Zoe moves toward the direction that an inflight paddle star is traveling, the further it will travel. Movement speed is critical for landing long range paddle stars (which maximizes damage) and actually landing them on fleeing champions (by extending it's range).
So, it is very clear to me that a build which maximizes movement speed without sacrificing too much AP would be the ideal build in terms of play-ability and survivability.
The
lich bane is fundamentally the best item for Zoe, and it has 7% movement speed so this will be included for sure.
Ludens echo is also great on Zoe and gives movement speed, this will be included for sure.
Sorcerer's shoes are standard for the magic penetration, but I would actually go for
boots of swiftness because they give both offensive and defensive speed boosts
Ardent Censer is a really interesting item but the only dilemma is how to reliably proc the passive effect. (the new stone skin perhaps?). I'm not sure if this can be worked in but it seems to fit pretty well.
Im stumped on what else to fill the build in with though (maybe just a rabbadons and void staff) but eking out extra movement speed to give Zoe godly mobility is what I'm after. Any ideas?
Also, what of runes? There is one rune that converts bonus movement speed to adaptive ap/ad, which might also be a good choice , and there are several other movement runes to choose from.

Runic echoes seems almost like a no brainer decision. Not only does smite have a low cool-down, enabling lots of W passive procs (a speed post and attack orbs), the Runic echoes item itself is perfect for Zoe. Makes ludens echo less attractive though as the passives overlap
