CELERITY [bugged with Zoe's ult]
When Zoe uses her ultimate, her movement speed is reduced to 0 for exactly 1 second. 30-50% of the time when Zoe is using ultimate, her Celerity bonus is removed completely for a split second right about when her Q would be landing.
Celerity is a buggy rune because it recalculates and applies it's movement speed based AP bonus on some kind of random schedule, and so champion events which cause rapid fluctuations in movement speed cause inconsistent and random impacts on the Celerity bonus.
Another example of this bug involves Hex-tech flashtraption. When you activate hexflash, your movement speed jumps much higher than normal for a split second, and so 50% of the time Celerity gives you a hefty AP boost for about 1-2 seconds following a hex-flash.
I really hate this bug because the Celerity bonus on Zoe can be very high at times, but using ultimate+celerity makes it completely unreliable.
