About transferred accounts

Can we make them starting in the bottom tiers so they actually have to climb instead of having them inting in elos they should not be?

Honestly sick of people inting 15 kills and typing in other languages in my games.

It's not a surprise that in some servers it's easier to get in high elo than other ones so don't let these accounts ruin games in other regions.
