So I did that with this build

No real damage item and i can kill the adc with ult , auto w auto? I like ornn and all, but this seems a bit much.

Well basically.
You hit both parts of the ult and minions hit her, this did like 40% of her health, then the auto activating brittle+iceborn+grasp did an additional 30% combined with minions hitting her at the same time.
Minions continuously hitting her alone did like 10-20%, not sure if the Q did damage or not as i dont play ornn at all.
Then a W+brittle auto finished it, which isnt really a lot given that cait at that level only has 1477 health.
OP it might seem like a lot to you but consider that cait should never have been anywhere near you in the first place, or rather she should have had a frontline+support between you and her, and in addition she has some of the best range and zoning among marksmen, ,,,,,like seriously her walking away from her traps is like heimer leaving his turrets or something.
Marksmen get to have damage in exchange for being fragile, eating a full rotation from a melee that is over them in levels while also taking minion damage is something that should never happen unless its like Vi/heca/wukong/Irelia etc who have a much easier time getting near the marksman.
So to put it simply, that Cait went and goofed badly, and i say that as someone who plays marksmen myself a lot.

In response to a comment i went and made some poor math and guesswork to as how much damage the minions did and my answer was about 522.
I was lazy though and just counted it as 5 casters+a cannon attacking her 3 times each though, and although melee attacks faster they have less AD than casters so i figure it shouldnt be far off given the short time.

2 level above her, lvl3 ultimate, fed af + she took whole minion wave dmg.
Don't really see problem here.
Before anyone says, "Damage is too high, nerf damage and Duskblade now."
Consider the follow:
- Caitlyn is two level behind Ornn
- Ornn, who has a Masterwork item, more than likely has a gold advantage overall on Caitlyn
This is not a result of damage being 'high'. Ornn's damage is only high because he has the aforementioned conditions.
But we should also consider this scenario as a grounds of what it would be like if defenses were buffed and damage across all champs and items being nerfed. As most tanks, like Ornn, have damage scaled with their HP and resistances. So by proxy, their damage is heightened BECAUSE they built tanking. Thus buffing tanks on two fronts: 1) HP and resistance values and 2) ability damage.
Rito wants even their tanks to be assassins

It's perffectly fine you can oneshot ADS easily.
Gameplay bias is absurd.
When an assassin 100-0's: wow guys look I was just standing there and he mobilitied next to me and I instantly popped no counterplay gg. Idc if he has 2 items above me this isn't fair SNOWBALL META REEEEE
When a tank outputs way more damage than he should: Well you see, according to the damage in his kit, the minions that were being tanked, the item disparity between the two champions, and the alignment of the stars, this is perfectly balanced. In fact, he ought to have done more damage. Caitlyn misplayed.
We marksmen are supposed to take everything up the ass because "glass cannon btw", meanwhile no one bats an eye at the fucking tanks killing non tanks while building Zero dps.
And people wonder why these adc's are the most played 
The Caitlyn did that to herself.
if a zed do that to u boards would be crying rn but i guess tanks cant do their job :D
Now if only Ornn was strong in lane again

So I did that with this build
The vayne is a squishy champ so that is the first thing to factor. No defensive stats and based on level difference I am assuming lacking in gold.
Grasp scales off your hp so that is a large chunk of damage and icy gauntlet will deal 100% of your base ad as additional damage after all ability cast.
It appears you hit her with both your cone breath and a brittle effect so she took over 40% of her hp since those are hot scaling abilities.
You were very fed, landed all your skill shots , on an adc which is a squishy champ with little to no resistance.
It is to be expected. If you are fed, why should your enemy magically win?
hmmm, i bet she had a very negative score and 2 and half items, am I right?
.... He is two levels over you and we cant see items but at level 17 I expect he has more items then you so ya. expected.
Not sure what you are expecting. Pretty much any tank would have killed Cait there with a 2 level advantage and Cait no dodging any skills. You think she would have survived from a Sion, Malphite, or an Amumu landing their skill shots and burning their ult?
Do you think ADCs should always win all fights even when down 2 levels?
Caitlyn was 2 levels down.
Caitlyn also ate your entire combo.
All your clip says is "I landed my full combo on an ADC who's 2 levels below me that didn't attempt to side step/orb walk"
I remember an instance a couple seasons ago where a Nautilus killed an adc (don't remember which adc) in 2-3 rotations and the thread's comments were basically all complaints, with only like 1-2 people saying it was fine. Now here, we have an Ornn killing a Caitlyn in one combo and there are a bunch more people saying it's fine, compared to the ones that are saying it isn't. I don't have an opinion one way or the other in either case mind you, I just thought this knowledge would be funny.
