Can riot stop simplifying this game

what happen to the real support that bought 2 maybe 3 items (boots wards and if fed a locket) and and lite the map up with wards. I miss this made me feel like a big part of the team as a support. Now I get to drop 3 wards and a pink and rely on my team to ward (which is sad that every time people back to buy, they refuse to spend 75 gold on a pink) <----- literally the second least amount you can do when it comes to warding and most without a sight stone. riot I want to be a ward jockey again.

What happen to the times support would battle it out over the two pinks while the adcs farmed hard. The vision battle of league, ward goes down, crowd goes wild WOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! The times where wards had attack damage.

It is like riot want to make support more relevant but did the opposite vision is better then any support item in league of legends.

riot need to do some reworking a wards and supports, because when you can play a ap carry out of the role and be as useful it means that supports are weak, so weak that a ap carry with no gold can do more then them.
