Give MF bonus Hybrid Pen as a passive?

I think adding bonus hybrid penetration for Miss Fortune as a passive on one of her abilities would help to make the passive on Impure Shots and her ult still effective mid-late game. Its awkward to play an ADC champion who, for some reason, deals bonus MAGIC damage that scales off of AD on her autoattacks and ultimate. Having armor pen won't synergise with this and I'm not sure if there is anyone out there insane enough to build Sorcerer's Boots on her.

I'd also like to add that the second shot from her Q will not specifically target enemy champions with at least 1 stack of Impure Shots within a 40 degree angle like it did before the rework. This makes this ability completely unreliable and you are better off shooting out AAs. I'm beginning to question if her tweaks are actually nerfs coated in chocolate D:
