Omnistone opinions

I just started using the omnistone rune, and it's pretty neat, but I have yet to figure out what champs use it best. In top, maybe just lane bullies like , , , , . Can't think of any junglers that would get anything out of it. I don't see any ADC choosing it over the likes of PtA, fleet, or lethal, I can't think of any mid champs that would pick it up either. Only supports I'd imagine would be , , .
