New Jungle Needed Masteries changed?

So with the changes to jungle, are the a few masteries now needed?

Utility Mastery: Summoner's Insight- 10% cooldown on Smite Utility Mastery: Alchemist- 10% potion and Elixir duration Utility Mastery: Runic Affinity- 20% Buff duration Utility Mastery: Vamperism- 3% Lifesteal / Spell Vamp

Defensive Mastery: Bladed Armor- 1% current health damage back to Creature.

-Or-

Does the deep Offense Mastery: Havoc- 3% Damage, still better?

need defense masteries. Or be Poppy. Poppy can survive the jungle due to her passive proc'ing sooner and the sustain from machete.

After some testing it turns out that the utility tree should only really be viable for junglers that don't need the extra damage. Smite cooldown is nice, but overall useless unless you get trailblazer. They need to buff the jungle masteries (Butcher and B. Armor tiers) to make them useful. 1 extra damage isn't enough to die from and is less useful through the 50 health shield you can grab.

Extended pots and buscuits are a good pick, though.
