Can we get a rune that increases ward vision range?

just an idea I thought of, perhaps a rune that scales with the more wards maximum wards you have in your item slots (to encourage players to buy sightstone and other warding items like trackers knife)

possible ways to balance the rune: decrease base warding range so that you can't place wards from super far away, or decrease base vision range so that you can't see as much early.
