Why League of legends is becoming broken

I think league of legends Is broken Mean its playable abd i still play it Not like i hate it . The game is having so much changes that riot didint think how much those stuff are broken and rly it is destroying the game balance I dobt say i hate it neiher do i say it is dumb and destroyed ,but all who are reading this think about preaseason and its changes ,and think how they make the game balance out of the game as jax is finishing the game at 15 min of the game
