Joining with Randoms

I know, I know; there are plenty of ways to solve this problem I have. Get my own friends to play because League of Legends is free. The problem i am having is a problem with the other players. The players who are ruining the gaming experience by getting "salty" that they don't always get what they want. I had to leave a lobby so my random team mates could join a new game because someone threatened to feed when he didn't get what he wanted.

I would love if there was an option to kick a player from the lobby and find another to replace them. I had to wait 5 minutes because i have been bumping into people that threaten to feed. I came to enjoy the game and it's hard to enjoy if every pvp game you play is going to be one sided because someone is going to ruin the experience for you.

If you can get back to me with the pros and cons that you can see from this I would love to understand if you can't do this ^.^
