CLIENT CRASH ISSUE

So, as I was getting locked and loaded for another fun game of League of Legends, I happened upon a client issue. I don't know if it is a one time thing, or if it has been happening to others too. So I included a link of a Gyazo shot picture. For all the details that Riot might want, I was in a Ranked Solo/Duo Queue Champion Selection and it appears that someone has dodged the game, right? So my client froze or something. I was playing with the player Hakumeng, I believe he sent in a bug report or something as well.

Now this wouldn't be such a big issue right? I just hit that handy dandy little "x" in the top-right corner to close the game, then reload it again. Ha, that's funny. It's not that simple. It's still registering me in a Champion Selection, and so, in order to leave I have to take a loss, and I'm in my first 8 jungle games of Ranked, so that's basically saying no to a good 30-40 lp, which might not be a big deal to some, but I am posting this so it can be looked to, and hopefully not happen again. I don't like taking a loss before the champions are even picked. I'd rather lose cause I'm bad, or because my team mates have a bad game or something along those lines.
